Tanah Karo Sumatra
Coffee cultivation in the Tanah Karo, North Sumatra mostly developed after the eruption of Mount Sinabung in 2010-2013. Cultivated between 1,200 meters to 1,600 meters above sea level Tanah Karo is blessed with fertile volcanic soil which contributes to its unique and distinctive flavour.
